HALLOWEEN SEASON 2007:
Charlie Brown decided to spend some time with us during his autumn sabatical this year. We're very flattered that he and the Great Pumpkin chose our house. Poor Linus couldn't make it this year. The story as to why our house was chosen had something to do with our pink house being "most sincere" or something like that, so we've been told. We'll see how long the two of them stick around.

Luckily, the Great Pumpkin coordinates well with our gorgeous pink siding!

I loved getting to experiment with making my own curtains in the kitchen, the office, and Daisy's room...coolest part? they turned out actually decent!!! I'm sure I've got more to learn before KMart or JCPenney's picks up my designer line, but I LOVE LOVE LOVED making them!

Wow... you lived in a PINK (salmon pink) house! Did you end up painting it a different colour?
lol. its no longer pink, but we didn't do it. the owners painted it & knocked some walls out and raised some flooring after we moved out. we went back for a visit about a year later, and toured through the house. both seth & i agreed that if they'd done that while we lived there, we'd STILL be living there! (:
