In Case You Were Wondering...
...I'm still madly over-the-moon for Chebe's gluten-free dinner roll/bread/pizza crust/cinnamon roll mixes. Mmmmmm, scrumptious.
... as for Road's End Organics' gluten-free Alfredo style Chreese sauce mix? Eh, not so much. Definitely not swooning anyways. (It's a texture thing for me. Plus, it tastes better with cheese on it, which defeats the dairy-free points --- not that I need dairy-free, just the GF benefits.)
Though, I am a MAJOR fan of Road's End Organics' Delicious Golden gluten-free gravy mix!

Amazing how many people are suffering with this whole gluten thing lately.
SO I imagine, a network of ideas and finds would be important.

It is great that you can find foods that fir in with your diet restrictions.
