In Case You Were Wondering...

...I'm still madly over-the-moon for Chebe's gluten-free dinner roll/bread/pizza crust/cinnamon roll mixes.  Mmmmmm, scrumptious.
... as for Road's End Organics' gluten-free Alfredo style Chreese sauce mix?  Eh, not so much.  Definitely not swooning anyways.  (It's a texture thing for me.  Plus, it tastes better with cheese on it, which defeats the dairy-free points --- not that I need dairy-free, just the GF benefits.)
Though, I am a MAJOR fan of Road's End Organics' Delicious Golden gluten-free gravy mix
Heck-YES I am!!!
Not that you asked, but apparently I'm offering.  So store that one away in your little GF filing cabinet, located north of your eyeballs, k?  Quite possibly you'll thank me someday for the phenomenal "FYI" dietary coaching I'm offering.

You're welcome!

Amazing how many people are suffering with this whole gluten thing lately.
SO I imagine, a network of ideas and finds would be important.
so far.......It hasn't been a issue for me
or maybe it is, and I don't even know it??

I'll have to pass this info on to some friends who have children who can't eat gluten. I'm sure they'll love reviews of products before they try them!
