Just One of Them Days....

If you were to look up "Snow White and the Eight Dwarves" in an encyclopedia, you would find the fairest in the land, Doc, Sneezy, Dopey, Grumpy, 3 more of the gang, and then me: SLUMPY! That's how I've felt most of the day. Perhaps it was the "stagnant air" advisory that was set to be lifted today, but it was instead extended until Thursday....possibly its just the dull gray of everything...then again, maybe I'm just OVER winter (quite probably the case-or better yet, all of the above)! I just needed a brighter outlook. So when feeling the seasonal depress start to grab hold, what else to do (since I got no cash to soak up some indoor sun)? Yep! Go through "bright gerbera daisy" Google images of course! (a Daisy will brighten anyone's day-trust me.) So, what to my wondering eye did appear?....this awesome pic right here!!!! (I am NOT a pink person, but those of you who know of my affinity for tiny green ribbity things will absolutely appreciate the leap in my heart and the smile that came across my face when it appeared!) Hope you were able to take notice of a tender mercy, meant for your heart straight from our Heavenly Father above. He loves us, I know cause this tiny frog told me so! ;0)

Frogs are my love too. Imagine that. :) I love that picture too. Very cute! Have you noticed the picture on my blog? That's Mick when he was little holding a frog. If you look close the frog looks like it's smiling.

Hey, are daisies your favorite too? I was wondering with Daisy's name too. Those are my favorite flowers. Hope day's better tomorrow. Again, thanks for smiling and paying attention to my talk the other day.

Thanks for the "story" (posts). ;) If I would have had a daughter, Daisy would have been at the top of my list of names. Mick and I actually talked about it. You said exactly why I love daisies - they're simple yet beautiful. Oh and btw, my nickname growing up was Toad. You know, Jode the Toad and because I've like frogs since I was a little girl.
