Can you tell Mini-Me & her bestie missed one another while the BFF spent sixth months in "der Deutschen Land" (aka the land of the Germans)?

She celebrated German culture in person, we celebrated German culture at this year's annual Sausagefest, at Christ the King.

Not EXACTLY the same. But the two blondies had the other with her in spirit during each of their respective German adventures apart.

*sigh*

Now the second-mama in me can relax a little knowing there's no longer half a world between them!
